Understanding of the Wordpress and WooCommerce core software and its functions at the PHP code level.
- Experience building customized Wordpress themes/plugins
- +3 years of experience programming with Wordpress, PHP, HTML5/CSS3, MySQL, and jQuery and other JS frameworks.
- Domain expertise in UX/UI best practices.
- You are a problem solver with everything you develop to improve our site's experience and drive action.
- Quality-driven: You take pride in your work, and have an eye for detail and check your work thoroughly before submitting it to our clients.
- Excellent QA/QC and Testing skills
You will be creating new themes within Wordpress, and completely customizing existing templates. This includes taking PSD files and building them into complete, responsive themes built on top of our own framework.
You'll need a deep understanding of Wordpress, and be comfortable working within the WP / WooCommerce admin console. You have built your own themes and plugins before, and possibly even contributed to Wordpress Core. You are up-to-date with the latest and greatest trends in technologies because you are engaged in the open source community.
You'll work in a team environment to maximize customer satisfaction to develop strong customer references
