Responsible of day-to-day administration tasks for implementing new and monitoring existing credit line for a dealer
• Prepare and checks dealer file
• Identify and make the necessary follow up to collect missing files, missing documents, missing information
• Create dealer withdraws in credit line
• Create early terminations in system in credit line
• Fill in, update Charisma system with new information, e.g. wholesale inventory audits, tracks double payments, dealer rating, dealer payments behaviour)
• Responsible for Vehicle identity cards management: collecting, archiving, scanning, sending Vic to dealer
• Support dealer in system error (payment allocation, accounts)
• Responsable for early Collection
• On a quarterly basis makes Dealer Survey
• Suport in Customer Service activities, contract validation activities, archiving activities
• Prepare of management reports
• Provide prompt, courteous service level according to company standards
• Degree in Economics
• English language
• Computer skills: Excel, Power Point
• Experience in wholesale credit lines administration
• Experience in Contract Administration - minimum 1 year
• Customer Service previous experience
Nice to have:
• Leasing know-how – knowledge of automotive market
• Sales Experience in leasing industry
• Driving Licence
