Monitor functionality, administer and fine tune Websphere Message Broker and MQ environments;
Architect/Design Clustering, Work load balancing in client environment
Install, configure and integrate new applications which will be part of our administration domain
Provide support for production environments with the ability to react to emergency situation with trouble shooting expertise;
Implements changes, writes scripts, making use of his/her programming knowledge
Provide infrastructure consulting and support to application development teams
Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
At least 2-3 years experience in the administration under Unix/Linux server in a professional environment
Very good knowledge in shell scripting / perl
Good knowledge of IBM Websphere MQ/MB
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, PL/SQL
Good knowledge of networking topics like TCP/IP, LDAP, Load balancing
Good command of English
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to structure new / unknown topics
High competency to solve problems
Practical experience in the coordination of business and IT people
Fun and endurance to learn and manage the details of administrating our middleware application
Retail knowledge would be a plus
