- creation, implementation, development, modification, publishing and retire out-dated content
-Image & banner production, publishing & management
-Working on assigned SPRInt requests, making sure that work is processed adherence to instructions, guidelines and standards as well as defined turnaround time
-Task progress/status must be properly updated in SPRint (eTicketing Tool) enable an effective end-to-end tracking process
-Deliverables must be in accordance with Service Level Agreement entered with internal customers
-Attend UAT for any new tool and/or process rollout as request
-Attend mandatory training & briefing in new tools & process deployment
-Enable a seamless collaboration working model with different operations teams
-Supporting Team Leader in running the operations (improvement proposals, notify of potential risks etc.);
-Reporting on the work status (weekly, weekly status call)
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the Information Technology - Proficiency in MS Office include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Advanced JavaScript, and PHP nice to have
- Optional : Basic Visual Basic OR/AND Visual Basic .NET
-Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
-Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Meticulous-mind and able to work independently
-Good communication skills
-Fluency in English, spoken and written
-Familiarity of additional European languages is an added advantage
-Willing to support teamwork model
-Have knowledge in HP Web Content Publishing Tools is an advantage
