The Banner/EZBuy Operations Team is taking care of the daily Maintenance and Operations of our websites across the world.
This team is primary responsible for the day to day Operations within a Global Delivery Team located in Mexico, India and Bucharest.
Working within a ???Follow the sun team approach??? he/she will support 24x5 (+weekend on call) correct pricing and strategic targeting of Online banner campaigns. Additional a Content Administrator will support the Maintenance and Implementation of new web pages and gets assigned own responsibilities within our area.
He/She is being responsible that upcoming tickets, issues and questions from the Country, Business & Segment Managers are handled within a timely and quality manner.
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree/Computer Science or equivalent
- Technical knowledge (focus on database, web programming, hosting & principles required)
- Technical knowledge (focus on database, web programming (Javascript, HTML, PHP), hosting & principles required)
- Software knowledge: Office (Excel, Visual Basic Macros, Outlook)
- Strong Analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong quality, customer facing skills
- Excellent English spoken and written
- Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability at weekend)
- Able to work in an virtual team environment across several time zones
- Team player - ability and willingness to work with various teams in the support area as well as to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of fast changing business needs and able to convert them into day to day requests to serve customers needs.
