Responsibilities:
• Participate in the full range of project activities (planning, requirements, design, development, test, deploy, maintain).
• Gather and document project requirements.
• Develop new web applications starting from the analysis of User Requirements document.
• Provide technical leadership and motivation to the team of web developers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer science or related field (for junior programmer we accept students in last year).
• Experienced programmer: 5+ years with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, OO PHP) development.
• Junior programmer: 2+ years LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, OO PHP) development.
• Comfortable working in MVC architecture, and using development framework (at least one of these: Zend, CakePHP, CodeIgniter).
• Solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies.
• Solid Experience with X/HTML / DHTML / CSS / XML/ XSLT / JavaScript / AJAX / jQuery.
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility and in quality of HTML, CSS, JSS code issues, usability and accessibility issues.
• Knowledge of an open source Content Management Systems (Drupal is a big plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze project specs and define technical solutions with the Project Manager.
• Experience in developing Content Management Systems
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and teamwork, open to continuously learn from others and to improve technical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
