* master of PHP with perfect knowledge about OOP and other programming algorithms
* experience with multiple PHP frameworks (Zend, CakePHP, CodeIgniter etc.)
* experience with MVC and other software design patterns
* excellent knowledge of SQL databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
* good understanding of client and server side technologies
* experience with HTML5 and CSS3
* experience with JavaScript libraries (e.g. jQuery, jQUI/jQMobile, Dojo)
* experience with front-end processing/functionality with restful services (e.q. JSON, XML)
* ability to convert Photoshop mockups to valid cross-browser web pages
* familiarity with responsive design & optimised designs for various platforms and resolutions
*Nice to have*
* a good eye for design and animation
* experience with mobile development
* experience with JavaScript frameworks (JavaScriptMVC, EmberJS, Backbone, Spine), components (Modernizr, RequireJS, Mustache/Handlebars) & tools (UglifyJS, Closure Compiler)
* experience with GSAP or other HTML animation platforms
* experience with Linux Server Environments and Cloud Computing (experience with Amazon AWS is a plus)
* experience with load balancing and caching
* experience with Memcache
* experience with SASS/LESS
