The role requires an experienced Web Designer & Developer with several years of experience working on projects involving website designs, identity & branding, banner & landing page design, eCommerce interface design and UX, design for printed deliverables.
Working closely with the digital marketing team and the development team, the role will be highly varied and offers the opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of digital channels. The role involves both in-house projects and projects for third-parties.
* Developing website layouts in both B2B and B2C areas;
* Design and implement user-driven templates and interfaces for ease of use in eCommerce field and other areas;
* Design and revision of static and HTML layouts, landing pages, banners and strong graphics;
* Design graphics and any other supporting creative materials for whitepapers, datasheets, logo merchandise, event materials, print ads etc;
* Develop and iterate on concepts for web, mobile, and tablet design experiences in a fast-paced team environment.
* Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially PhotoShop);
* Experience with HTML and CSS;
* Highly creative, keen eye for detail, originality and a strong visual sense;
* Knowledge of web design best practices and trends.;
* A solid understanding of the key differentiating factors between B2B and B2C digital marketing with a clear understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial reality;
* Semonstrated visual design expertise; capacity for creating fun, highly usable designs and layouts, and a propensity towards simplification;
* Independent thinker, positive attitude, highly responsible in handling tasks in a very dynamic working environment;
* Self-motivated and accountable;
* Good communication skills;
* Ability to meet agreed deadlines and to work in a team environment, coordinating with peers and executive management;
* Excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects /responsibilities.
