Responsibilities
- create basic layout designs following specific requests and material details regarding style and size of type, photographs, graphics etc
- create banners, newsletters, user interfaces for web sites
- recommend improvements if necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Must have knowledge of graphic design software (master in Photoshop, know-how in Illustrator and good in Flash and/or ActionScript)
- Should be a guru in design, be able to create realistic photo-manipulations and have a really good eye for typography.
- Very basic coding skills - to understand how coding works so it's easier for the programmer to convert the layout
- Pay attention to details, be a problem solver
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Sociable person and a team player - must
