- Execution of daily content updates
- Manage content in 13 different languages
- Assure quality and check for visual flaws with a predefined list of browsers
- Ensure that requested changes are implemented within due time agreed service level
- Placing jobs at the translation agency and follow-up
- Coordinate with the responsible teams in case translation won't fit the design
- Manage the proof reading process of translations with native speakers
- Update the guidelines for the translators and guide the translators
- Report project status with daily/weekly reports in written format to the stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent coordination skills and a very good eye for detail
- Communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Familiar with software packages such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and Web applications
- Action & results orientated- Hands-on experience with CMS or publishing tools (for example wordpress)
- Aware of on-page search engine optimization techniques
- Ideally‚ you will have a degree in a foreign language.
