-Sees to the appropriate image of the warehouse, in terms of cleaning, racks condition, stock condition and security issues
- Sees that inbound process follows the regulations
- Sees that picking process follows the regulations
- Sees that all documents are issued according to tax laws
- All refurbishments, if any, are executed according to the plan and, in addition, all purchases, in terms of equipment, office supplies etc, are properly documented
- All security measures are taken and respected
- Checking of outbound goods is properly executed
- Customer Service level maintained according to the company policy
- Sets priorities in case of emergency
- Professional support to the Forwarding Department
- Outstanding execution of both cycle and annual stock taking, by minimizing the stock differences
- Best possible utilization of the working team in the warehouse, by implementing shifts, according to the workload
- Execute all the necessary reports needed by the Management, in order to decide corrective actions
-Have, at least, 3 years experience in a similar position
-Be familiar with automated warehouse facilities
-Be experienced in people’s management
-should have a university degree
-should be literate in Warehouse Management Systems
-should be literate in Office and excel
