Purpose of the Position:
- To coordinate the MTS warehouse activity performed by the Logistics Services Provider team.
- The position is in the Sales & Logistics Department and reports to the Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the incoming goods unloading at the warehouse (sends notices to the LSP about the incoming trucks, establishes the priorities for unloading, supervises the unloading, checks and reports any discrepancies in quantity / quality of the packages);
- Entering approved customer orders in SAP, creates delivery lists and sends them to the LSP, issues the delivery notes;
- Establishing the type of transport required depending on the requested delivery time and the transport cost, gives the transport orders to the LSP, informs the customer about the delivery status, checks and reports any discrepancies noticed;
- Establishing the priority of loadings, supervises the loadings and communicates with the customers / office for any problems during the loading;
- Preparing the warranty certificates and/or user manuals, register data about the dispatched warranty certificates for each customer;
- Coordinating the returns from the customers according to the internal procedures;
- Assisting in identifying stock differences and stock reconciliation;
- Participating at periodical stock counts.
Education:
- High school degree;
Minimum required experience:
- Total work experience: 2 years;
- Work experience in warehouse coordination: 1 year;
Qualifications required:
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Windows);
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
