Our new colleagues will be part of a team of developers who are responsible for the development and maintenance of the core banking system as well as some satellite applications around this core banking system. The applications serve the internal users as well as the employees in the agencies and customers. Next to this, there are business intelligence and reporting tools to support the management in their decision making process. To achieve this, the team works closely with business and IT people to understand the business needs and on the other hand to integrate new solutions seamlessly in the bank’s IT-infrastructure.
The ideal Oracle Developers should have:
- Oracle experience is a must (Oracle Certified Professional is a plus)
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL, Toad, XML Api
- Forms&Reports
- Banking experience ( not a must, but a plus)
- Team player, communicative
- The oral/ written communication skills and interpersonal skills required to attend client meetings
- Being able to effectively communicate in English (written, oral)
- Good understanding of data structures and their implementation.
