Job Description:
The Customer Account Administrator works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment. The main responsibilities are:
¿Act as the primary contact for country Order Management Team and Sales Team;
¿Provide assistance and support within the area of order fulfillment;
¿Process and coordinate standard and non-standard orders for a defined set of Customers;
¿Validate order transaction data through a variety of documents and systems. Ensures accuracy/completeness of information and compliance with the company¿s terms and condition as well as customer specific procurement guidelines;
¿Ensures pricing, discount and other related information is correct on all transaction processed;
¿Maintains up-to date knowledge of promotions, discounts and other information related to the order fulfillment process;
¿Proactive backlog monitoring of orders using defined tools and reports;
¿Monitors and corrects various business control reports to ensure correct data integrity.
Candidate¿s profile:
¿At least 2 years work experience in a similar position (sales administrative support);
¿University degree in an Economics related field;
¿Fluent in English with excellent communication skills;
¿An advanced level of German, Italian, Spanish or French would represent a plus;
¿PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge;
¿Clear communication & negotiation abilities;
¿Analytical & organizational skills;
¿Quality & details oriented;
¿Customer service mentality.
