We are an online clothing store that operates on an international level (www.manzara.ro). Currently we are looking for a person with Romanian native speaker with a work proficiency of English language.
Place of work: From home
Tasks and responsibilities:
• providing administrative support to clients in the retail section,
• communication with customers (phone, Facebook, email)
• translation of texts,
• resolving complaints,
• blog, other social medias
Form of employment or participation: Self-employment /full time, long -term
We are looking for someone reliable and serious. We would love to work long term.
The tasks you have will be - from monday till friday 8 AM to 4 PM (RO national holidays you do not work):
- answer on FB and Mail
- make translation of new articles and ads
- answer the phone
- eventually other tasks
Gross salary month: 3.400 RON
