- Guiding the clients to the distributor (depending on the product, quantity and other details concerning the clients request);
- Emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product specifications;
- Selecting the correct products or assisting customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Providing customer and personal services based on knowledge of principles and processes. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Coaching the sales force of the distribution in order to understand the companies products;
- Understanding the customer needs and giving them proper advices;
- Providing merchandising/advices to the sales-forces and/or to the vet clinic staff.
- Bachelor degree in VET Medicine;
- Fluency in English or French, both written and spoken;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to set and handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism while working under pressure;
- Proficiency in working with major office systems including Microsoft Office;
- Full availability to travel around the country;
- Good communication skills.
