RESPONSABILITATI

• Administrate, operate and maintain equipment and applications for value added services:
- VMS (Voice Mail Service);
- SMSC (ShortMessageServiceCenter);
- WHC (Who Call);
- NFM (Notify Me);
- MMSC (MultimediaMessageServiceCenter);
- Other systems for Value Added Services;
• Monitor and ensure secure access to the administered systems and applications;
• Ensure data security by periodic back-up;
• Execute periodic maintenance according to vendor’s specifications;
• Interface with the providers in order to report and solve the problems according to procedures that have been agreed with providers. Give technical support in case of provider’s interventions;
• Monitor and solve alarms and technical issues when they appear related to the administered systems and applications;
• Monitor systems and applications’ performance and acts proactively to ensure their functionality;
• Ensure installation of new applications and upgrades of existing ones or provides technical support whenever these are performed by third party vendors;
• Execute work orders and pursues their effects;
• Analyze and solve customer or other offices or departments complaints with respect to the administered systems and applications;
• Solve urgent issues as well as night or week-end intervention;
• Report special events that have occurred at the workplace to the superiors;
• Produce periodical or at request reports.


CERINTE

• University degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or related fields;
• Experience in administrating Unix – minimum 1 year;
• Experience in administrating data base (Oracle, MySQL, Sybase) – minimum 1 year;
• Very good knowledge of GSM technology;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of operation systems and the following applications: SUN Solaris, Unix, Windows, MS Office etc;
• Knowledge of data base management: Sybase, Oracle, MySQL etc;
• Knowledge of data and telecommunication network.
