HR Performance is recruiting for an exciting innovative Gaming client an extremely motivated and experienced User Experience (UX) Specialist who will be responsible for top class UI/UX solutions.
The User Experience (UX) Specialist will work closely with Product Managers to turn functional and business requirements into high quality UI/UX.
• Provide expertise on user interaction solutions and assist with designing new features for the client
• Work closely with product managers, graphics designers and software developers to deliver the UI/UX vision behind a project. Help drive usability and user interface improvements
• Write detailed specification documents for software development
• Interface with graphics designers and software developers to assure high quality software is deployed
• Take responsibility for the entire cycle of projects – from inception to final delivery
• Investigate reports about usability issues and prepare recommendations for changes
Skills and Capabilities
• At least 2 years of full-time experience in a similar UI/UX role in the online gaming industry
• High efficiency in creating high quality wireframes, demos and prototypes of User Interfaces in low and high fidelities
• Ability to quickly research, innovate, rationalize and iterate
• Outstanding knowledge of software tools that facilitate the UI/UX process
• Track record of successfully delivered complex projects
• Extremely detail-orientated, efficient and organized
• Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
