Prepares monthly reports regarding the investment results by line of business;
Prepares security analysis reports upon request by the Head of Treasury Department;
Co-ordinates the payments processes, including supplier-, claims-, commissions- payments;
Maintains the relationship with the relevant persons at banks regarding daily operations;
Issues daily reports regarding the cash intake through banks, payments, bank balances;
Is responsible for updating all interested parties in the Company on the spot exchange rate on a daily basis, and for maintaining databases with spot, average, forward, etc exchange rates;
Collects and maintains data bases regarding macroeconomic data, investment performance by competitors, security yields and price history, history of government tbills and tnotes issues, etc;
Updates information regarding the investments performed by the Company, in the corresponding files;
Computes investment performance information;
Maintains information regarding the level of reserves to be covered and of the free portfolios, regulatory liquidity needs, etc;
Updates the Registry of Assets Covering Reserves;
Keeps track of amounts to be received (dividends receivable, interest receivable, coupons, etc), free shares issued, etc, takes necessary actions for receiving such amounts and performs monthly reconciliations.
For one of our clients, a multinational company, active in the insurance and investments industries, we are looking for a Treasury Officer.
Required
University Degree, with a specialization in Finance;
Enrolment in the CFA certification is a strong plus;
Good English knowledge;
Excellent computer operating skills;
At least 3 years work experience on a similar position;
Exactitude, accuracy;
Team player;
Open-minded and fast learner;
Impeccable ethics.
