Job's main responsibilities and specific activities
o Ensures Back-office operations related to treasury operations management
o Ensures bank commissions reconciliations
o Participates actively in the implementation of treasury tools
o Performs the calculation of B2 B partnership results with the financial institutions
o Communicates with banks and domestic and foreign partners on clarifying the on amounts to be paid and received and related settlement terms
o Manages actively exchange of information related to the forecast and achievement of in-flows and out-flows
o Reports (including forecast) the corporate cash flow (total and per currency).
o Performs liquidity analysis and explains the deviations on the company objectives related to the performance of liquid assets.
o Reports the financial exposure:
- Foreign Exchange currency exposure
- Interest rate exchange exposure
- Liquidity risk exposure
- Counter-party risk
o Reports the Working Capital Requirements performance and risk balancing and formulates optimization proposals
o Takes part in negotiation of company's contracts with financial institutions
o To proceed Orange Romania obligations payment settlement:
- checks and reports on a daily basis the approved for payment invoices
- operates these transactions in the specific dedicated information system in order to keep their evidence
- checks and updates the internal/external suppliers bank accounts
- checks the adequate data match between the information system booked data and the received documents in terms of amounts due and due dates
- calculates and checks the tax due by non resident partners for external services invoices


- University degree (Finance)
- Professional experience in finance/accounting/controlling
- Fluency in English - spoken and written
- Strong analytical skills with commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- Results focused and able to translate assignments into timely actions and deliverables
- Planning and organizing
- Communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
