In order to strengthen its position on the Romanian market, our customer is currently looking for Treasury Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Petty-cash payments and cash incomes for the office.(Rol petty-cash & Foreign currency petty-cash)
- Payments to external (foreign) suppliers based on the due date and the document currency.
- Payments to internal suppliers using SAP special transaction according the company internal procedures.
- Bringing the bank statements and documents from the bank on time.
- The maintenance of the currency exchange rate in the SAP for USD and EUR.
- Preparation of monthly Cash-Flow-Excel form reports, according to the deadlines.
- Bookkeeping of due cheques and manual Visa vouchers, keep evidence of the date it must be released for payment, and preparation of the reports.
- Supplier’s financial relations.
- Sending the daily SAP payments advises for the suppliers.
- Remittance/closing of the Visa Business debit cards for the employees
- very good PC skills ( Word, Excel)
- knowledge in accountancy treasury
- Very good knowledge of the bank legislation
- SAP knowledge – a plus
- Good communication in English
- Clean driving license
