Job Scope :
- Is responsible for making the payments
- Administers credit lines, working and depository accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains the relation with the banks in regard to payments, extracts, reports, cards, authorizations and the relation with the suppliers in regard to the accounts payable
- Concludes contracts after negotiating the currency exchange
- Realises the daily currency exchange and assures that all the procedures are respected
- Prepares the payments reports in the banking system ( MULTICASH) and verifies the corresponding authorization of invoices, payments dates, banking accounts, invoice value
- issues the Monthly Treasury Report for Danone Group
- Maintains/ updates the supplier database in SAP
Education:
- University degree – Economic profile
Working Experience:
- At least 2 years, in Treasury-Accounting, within a multinational company
Skills & Competencies:
- Very good knowledge of accounting
- Good interpersonal skills
- Rigor and quality orientation
- Organizing & planning skills
- Proactive and results oriented
PC skills:
- SAP, Word, Excel
Languages:
- English
