RESPONSABILITATI

TEA (Travel Expense Accounting) Procedure Administration
- coordinate and execute all the TEA operations according with the TEA procedure:
- Credit Card Administration
- Employee Assistance on Expense Report
- Travel Agency data management
- Expense Reports Management
- Account Management
- Credit Card Data Management
- Relocation Expense Reporting
- Regular reports of the outstanding balances

Ensure the legal compliance of the TEA operations
- ensure the booking of the expense reports are in line with the legal provisions

Ensure the TEA Procedure compliance with the required Business Controls measures
- ensure that the TEA procedure is meeting the requirements of the regular Business Controls measures: Control Self Assessment (CSA), Internal Control Audits
- ensure the execution of all the steps of the Internal Control/CSA follow-up action plans

Customer and Client Communication, Issues Management
- ensure ongoing communication (handle the clients/customers queries) and send regular updates regarding the TEA processing according with the TEA Procedure
- ensure ongoing communication with the TEA Process Customers ¿ the Corporate Finance Manager for maintaining a high level of service satisfaction

Ensure the Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- ensure on regular bases (monthly) the Accounts reconciliation (when GCF ¿ SAP implemented, this will become an SLA requirement)

SLA Reporting
- Report regularly and on ad-hoc bases the SLA related data regarding the delivery of TEA services


CERINTE

- economical background (accountancy preferably)
- experience on a similar position within a multinational company
- advanced English
- serious, organized, responsible person
- analytical thinking
