We looking for people to join our young and enthusiastic team in our Bucharest Office. We have 4 openings for Reservations Agents.
Main Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries either by phone or e-mail
• Handle and resolve customer complaints following the existing procedures
• Monitor and complete hotel/transfer/tours bookings via our online booking system
• Manage customers' accounts if needed
• Include in our internal data base recently contracted services (new hotels, villas, packages, transfers, car rentals) based on the contracts signed by the account managers
• Update the information related to already existing products/services when needed (stop sales, changes in room types, etc)
• Actively contact either by e-mail or phone potential service providers under the supervision of the manager
• Offer primary support to the partner hotels/suppliers on how to use our inventory and to partner travel agencies on how to use the online booking platform
What we expect from you?
• Very good command of English and one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, Russian
• Pro-active, dynamic, driven to results and with strong problem solving abilities;
• Good communication and interaction skills, client orientation
• Good knowledge of PC (MS Office, Internet)
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Support and/or Online Travel Services
• Knowledge of travel software applications: TBS, TINA, AIDA represents an advantage
• Knowledge of worldwide wholesalers such as: GTA, Hotelbeds, Go Global, Hotelspro etc. represents an advantage
