Societe Generale European Business Services delivers added value services for Societe Generale Group, starting with finance, accounting and human resources support for branches and subsidiaries located all around Europe.
Fast growing company, it will progressively enlarge its scope to other activities and is currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager in the HR division.
The Continuous Improvement Project Manager supports the Transition and Continuous Improvement team in all aspects related to the process transformation and transition of countries in scope into the European HR SSC in Bucharest, as well as in the continuous improvement opportunities identification and implementation.


Main Responsibilities :
• Ensures deployment of Continuous Improvement practices/framework
• Uses Lean 6 Sigma methodology/tools for the project execution, promotes Lean 6 Sigma framework within the organization
E2E process re-engineering, working together with SG EBS teams with the final goal of increasing the quality of services delivered by our center.
Oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of the project
• Ensures the project meets the client expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines
• Defines the overall scope of the project in consultation with project stakeholders. Proposes & validates the project schedule
• Prioritizes/leads the project team in prioritizing the tasks of the project, based on analysis of strategic importance, outstanding tasks, obstacles and barriers, budgets, resources, deadlines
• Creates or participates in the creation of project documentation
• Indentifies tracks, manages and mitigates risks throughout the project life. Escalates the issues when necessary to ensure minimum impact on project deliverables
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
• Communicates effectively with project stakeholders in order to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions
• Communicates progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other relevant metrics/project progress to all project stakeholders
• Ensures sign off of the project deliverables from end customer, develops lessons learnt


CERINTE

1. Professional Experience :
• Previous experience on similar types of projects (+3 years)
• Fluency in French
• Project Management Skills and expertise (+2 years)
• Strong continuous improvement/process optimization background– Lean 6 Sigma methodology (+3 years) Black Belt certification recommended
• Communication skills (+1 year)
• Strong analytical skills

Bachelor degree
