Organizes, maintains and plan in class, online and on the job training courses, inside and outside Bucharest;
Plan the courses objectives and delivering them as planned;
Prepare reports on training courses, draw-up assessment reports for all courses participants;
Coordinates, develops, adapts, delivers and manages training programs, according to the identified needs, inclusively in a variety areas of retail;
Develops, translate and adapts the course materials, updates training materials.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and ensure that trained staff provides them, as well.
Knowledge about Romanian telecom market and retail field;
University degree (socio-human and/or technical)
Training or previous experience in training and/or sales telecom;
English knowledge – advanced level (written and spoken);
Travel availability up to 50% of the schedule/month;
Computer operating advanced knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook);
Clean driving license B category, at least 1 year old.
Able to take initiative, ability to identify and solve problems;
Creativity, innovation and very good planning, presentation and communication skills;
Open-minded, energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic, sociable;
Ability to assimilate and process information very quickly;
Capacity to adapt to changes and special situations;
