RESPONSABILITATI

- The candidate shall undertake responsibility of center(s) in a country and organize/drive people capability enhancement initiatives
- The candidate must be able to conduct training needs identification, keeping in view business requirements pertinent to process / function

Specific responsibilities include the following :

-Driving nominations for programs and ensuring participation across center(s) for programs as per the calendar
- Adaptation of the training tools as per the audience requirements and thus ensuring quality delivery
- Periodically generating reports / MIS based on the participation and feedback (qualitative and quantitative)
- Periodically uploading the calendar on the team portal
- 14-16 person days of training delivery per month, meeting the established training quality norms


CERINTE

-The candidate should be minimum a graduate or equivalent with 6-8 years of related work experience. Those with IT / BPO background will find preference
-Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation are a must for the role.
- A strong sense of commitment, meeting timelines and passion towards people capability development are necessary for the role
-Sound written / oral communication skills, conceptual and analytical skills
-The candidate must possess requisite set of platform skills needed to effectively conduct people development programs through an interactive learning methodology
-Willingness to travel extensively within / outside the country
-Possess passion and drive towards delivery of developmental training programs
- Demonstrate high level of energy and enthusiasm during delivery of programs
-Skills to translate customer requirements into people development initiatives through application of competency development tools / techniques
-Skills to interface effectively with customers towards needs' identification and conceptualize, develop relevant program content.
