Develop and implement the Training Strategy, in line with key business objectives
Deliver core training programs: orientation, product knowledge, customer service, leadership skills
Provide coaching to employees, based on Personal Development Programs
Advise the management in HR affairs
Supervise the external services suppliers
Train and coach internal process trainers
Follow up training and development programs
- experience as Training Manager either in a similar hotel size / chain or in a multinational company
- fluency in English
- excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
- knowledge of various training methodologies
