Owns and implements Knowledge Transfer (KT) methodology on new transitions
    Engages with the customer on KT plan design, implementation and delivery, capturing input and sign off
    Ensures alignment with global training peers wherever KT happens to multiple sites 
    Program management: reviews list and content of process/product trainings, drives Learning Path completion, ensuring readiness of resources before going to On Job Trainings (OJT)
    Owns and implements Knowledge Management Framework in stable operations
    Ensures that the process training module is comprehensive, regularly revised and approved
    Conducts training needs analysis and to enable appropriate curriculum for  training
    Creates and executes training roadmaps specific to process requirements to meet changing needs and requirements in the respective accounts
    Coordinates with operations to schedule training sessions based on training plan
    Partners with HR function on all learning and developmental activities
University degree in Economics
    Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Training Management or F&A Training Delivery
    Good communication and influencing skills
    Result orientation, with problem solving capabilities
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and drive closure
    Strong project management skills
    Good level of English
    Good MS office skills, advanced Excel and PPT Knowlegde
    Knowledge in: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Accounting would be a great plus
    A second European language knowledge is considered a plus (French/German/Italian/Spanish)
