RESPONSABILITATI

1. Coordinating the training and career orientation processes for graduates through annual meetings and training events for civil servants in cooperation with the Romanian public administration institutions.
2. On-sight monitoring of the professional activities carried out by the “Romanian Government” Special Scholarship beneficiaries.
3. Preparing career monitoring reports for the Commission for the “Romanian Government” Special Scholarship.
4. Keeping a clear record of the performance and activities of the graduates in order to prepare assignments of managers in the public sector and submit the proposals to the Commission for the “Romanian Government” Special Scholarship
5. Identifying training needs and proposing specific training sessions for the new civil servants.
6. Permanent reviewing of non-compliance cases of the graduates who do not fulfill the contractual obligations (eg. academic performance, subsequent work in public sector). Proposing actions (including legal), in cooperation with the project Legal Advisor to be taken against these graduates and submission of proposals to Commission for the “Romanian Government” Special Scholarship.
7. Liaising with the RGSS alumni association, as the case may be.
8. Participating in meetings of the Commission for the Romanian Government Special Scholarship, as required.
9. Ensuring effective, professional and timely communication between the project office and all the parties involved in the implementation of the project.
10. Drafting project related documents (correspondence, minutes, memos, reports etc.) on behalf and under the supervision of the Project Manager; properly handling project related documents (i.e. keeping accurate records of daily correspondence, organizing and maintaining proper filing of all project related documents).
11. Performing any other project related tasks as may be required by the Project Manager.


CERINTE

1. University degree in Law.
2. Excellent knowledge of the Romanian public administration.
3. Experience with international project management and/or civil service reform is an advantage
4. Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
5. Computer literacy.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Detail-oriented person.
8. Be able to work in a team.
