RESPONSABILITATI

The trainer is responsible for the developing training programs and to deliver training for the ING Offices staff, Retail Account Managers, Retail Ops&IT staff and other groups, when needed.
-Develop training programs based on retail banking strategy in terms of products and services;
-Deliver basic retail banking training for new ING Office Managers and assistants;
-Responsible for the training needs analysis together with Retail Network Management;
-Advisory function- to Office Managers – in all training related aspects;
-Responsible for training on ING Offices staff, Retail Account Managers, Retail Ops&IT staff;
-Update , on regular basis and whenever required the training materials.


CERINTE

- Banking knowledge / experience (is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of ING products and processes
- Previous experience in the training field will be an asset;
- Good PC skills
- Good English level
The position requires strong communication skills, very good presentation skills, good planning and organizing abilities, creative problem solving attitude, customer oriented mentality
