RESPONSABILITATI

Oracle University Direct & Oracle University EMEA requires an individual to design, manage and deliver training & coaching on Sales Skills, Business intelligience, Products & Processes. The primary focus is to develop customer contact tactics for the ESR¿s, ESRI¿s & CSR¿s, impart product knowledge, identify skill gaps and maximise customer contact through all contact mediums (inbound/outbound telephone, e-mail, tenders etc.)

For example:

- Bootcamp training for New Hires, Refresher training and Advanced training for ESR¿s, ESRI¿s, CSR¿s & Outsourced Agencies
- "How to sell" training (Sales Skills)
- "What to sell" (Product Training)
- "How to know to sell" (Business Intelligience & Internal Networking)
- "How to get it sold" (Operations Training)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work as part of the Oracle University EMEA teams in activities that support Education Representatives.
- Co-ordinate with and support the Oracle University Global Sales Readiness team
- Support Managers in the selection and development of Education Representatives
- Support Managers to inform and engage their local country in campign executions
- Provide Global Systems, Business Policies & Procedures, Product and Sales Skills, training & coaching to the Oracle University EMEA Education Representatives
- Track all training activities with EMEA Education Representatives through Global Systems
- Co-ordinate with and support EMEA Marketing in campaign drives (theme days etc.)
- Ensuring ¿clients¿ are satisfied with training course delivery
- Coaching and mentoring Education Representatives as requested by the EMEA Management team


CERINTE

- University Degree diploma

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Presentation skills a must

- Organised and self motivated

- Very good communication skills

- Fluent English

- Must be able to travel
