Purpose of the job:
- Main objectives are to assure the training needs of the sales force, to build the training courses and to present them in order to increase self-confidence in the product and in the sales process.
Job description:
- Plans and implements the need assessment process for the sales force;
- Plans and implements the training programs in accordance with Project Management standards for the sales and other department.
- Evaluates the training program, performs the follow-up sessions and elaborates the activity/ project reports;
- Estimates and controls and is responsible for the training budget/ project;
- Designs and develops training materials;
- Accomplishes the periodical training plan.
- University degree;
Experience (compulsory):
- Minimum 2 years experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably on the Sales field;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- High expressiveness, creativity and spontaneity;
- Empathy, openness and flexibility;
- Positive attitude and problems solving orientation;
- Is client oriented;
- Is able to perform self assessment and self improvement;
- Very good self- control and psychical resistance;
- English proficiency;
- Computer skills.
