This position implies providing information about the Client Company’s products and services, providing technical assistance, solving customers complains, initiating and implementing all professional training projects and also support activities, monitoring and testing the representatives as established by the Project Manager.
Organise monthly tests which will be send to the Team Leaders on the Project.
Completing the training reports or any other type of report that the Project Manager requests.
Creating training materials when necessary or at the Project Manager request.
