The job holder will be responsible for delivering various training programs related to operational topics (IT help desk/ Finance and Accounting, soft skills).
Responsibilities:
- design or adapt training curriculum as per organizational needs
- deliver training programs
- collect feedback from the training participants and Operation Managers in order to permanently improve the training process
University degree, Train the Training course
Relevant experience in delivering training programs related to various topics (IT: MS Office, system engineering, other applications, Finance & Accounting, Soft skills)
Computer skills (MS Office), excellent presentation skills, good communication skills
Personality profile: Pro-active, Initiative, Energize (able to transmit enthusiasm to team and stakeholders), Integrity, Customer Oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in shared service environment is an advantage, as well as the previous experience as a Trainer for Sales force
