Evaluating training and development effectiveness;
Preparing training and resources manuals based on training objectives;
Delivering focused training programs by identifying learning objectives and selecting appropriate instructional methodologies;
Establishing and improve customer relations;
Evaluating trainings programs.
University degree in Economics or IT;
- Minimum 3 years experience in training ;
- Knowledge of Microsoft products ¿ Microsoft certifications is a plus;
- English at advanced level;
- communication skills, strong thinking/problem -solving skills with the ability to apply them to business processes, a |can-do| attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Driving license ¿ B is a must
Will be a plus: Knowledge of Accounting and Financing concept, AutoMotive business and Reports generating
