For our client, a world leader in relocation and household goods shipping, Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a:
TRAINER
• Design course materials and other documents such as hand-outs, manuals and exercises and videos.
• Prepare the learning environment and resources templates.
• Deliver training programmes to clients either in a group classroom setting, online or on a one-to-one basis. For on-site training, the candidate will be often required to travel abroad (up to 3 weeks at a time), in order to reach the Group branches in Europe.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes.
• Prepare post course report for Management.
• Keeping up to date with relevant systems, software and online training technology.
• 2nd line support for help desk
• Escalation of issues to the appropriate channel.
• Document resolutions for future reference.
• Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members
Candidates must have excellent computer skills, be self-motivated, a self-starter, highly organized, and attend to multiple tasks in a timely manner. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure are also required. Availability to travel above half of his working time.
Also, candidates must have strong customer service experience in order to communicate well with staff, personnel, and both internal/external customers. One to three years experience in a Customer Service environment is preferred. Ability to work through negative and high pressure communications and situations, work in a team environment, and prioritize the work load is also required.
