The trainee s responsibilities mainly refer to the following fields:
1) Technical and specialist knowledge
- Drafts documents in Romanian or English, in accordance with the legal requirements;
- Maintains the relationship with the public authorities (e.g. Trade Register, tax authorities, public notary, other);
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information provided in form of draft documents, memoranda, reports or otherwise;
- Responsible for the review / preparation of documents according to local compliance regulations and client requirements;
- Responsible for meeting the indicated deadlines for each allocated client.
2) Communication
- Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues;
- Is able to work well in teams and integrates in the team.
3) Planning
- Is able to work on a certain number of clients in the same time and prioritises the work;
- Is able to adapt to change, to remain focused and to deliver results;
- Organises the work in an efficient manner;
- Performs the tasks in accordance with the internal procedures and / or as indicated by the superiors.
Legal university degree graduate/student;
Excellent English command;
Excellent computer skills;
Ability to work in team;
