Our client is one of the most prestigious multinational companies in FMCG- non foods field. Due to their development si needed to increase the team with:
Trade and Marketing Manager
Participates in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts and Area Sales Managers in order to supervise all promotional activities;
Recommend in agreement with brand managers POS materials.
Coordinate all aspects of marketing POS with marketing and sales management.
Manage relationship with agencies for development of POSM, promotional mechanism, in-store activities
Production and distribution of all promotional materials
Coordination and execution of in store promotional activities and visibility programs, in line with marketing plans. Implementation of trade promotional plan by brand, key customers and channel.
Implementation of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all brands, key accounts and channels.
Contributing towards achieving the sales objectives in the given sales channels and customers;
Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns
Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution;
Constant monitoring of in-store activities. Provide feedback and further steps.
Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives
Excellent understanding of Romanian environment
University degree
2 -3 years relevant experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector
Fluency in English
Computer literate, SAP knowledge represents an advantage
Good project management skills;
Excellent presentation skills;
Training capabilities;
Very organized and determined persistent person;
Strong analytical abilities, goal/results oriented
Good and effective communication and negotiation skills;
Proactive and Team player;
Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment;
