RESPONSABILITATI

- Develops and implements trade promotion strategy
- Develops, implements and controls merchandising policy and standards
- Develops and implements tailor made promotion activities
- Responsible for information analysis and reporting
- Responsible for budget development and control
- Ensures effective control of trade marketing results and takes corrective action in order to ensure the achievement of trade marketing objectives within designated budgets
- Evaluates market reactions to trade promotions and reports on the results in order to ensure the timely adjustment of the strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Initiates, coordinates and implements promotion programs combining advertising with purchase incentives to increase sales; purchase incentives may include discounts, samples, gifts, rebates, coupons, sweepstakes and contests, and other promotion programs designed to target specific trade marketing objectives
- Develops and executes POS materials and merchandising staff (uniforms, manuals etc)
- Enhances the communication flow between Marketing and Sales
- Responsible for sales events (organization, coordination and control)
- Secure information about competitors and react upon them
- Prepares Trade Marketing activity reports.
- Responsible for own marketing budget (development, implementation and control management)
- Regularly (frequency to be decided) carries out field visits and store check and monitor field activities and implementation of merchandising standards
- Evaluates the merchandisers training needs, based on field research, and propose the appropriate training programs
- Monitors and interprets the retail audit reports, regional, per outlets type
- Looks for continuous improvement of professional skills and keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance
- Participates in Coordination Meetings and support all managerial decisions
- Participates on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities
- Accomplishes all tasks as appropriate


CERINTE

- University degree (economic background)
- Experience in FMCG in sales or marketing for minimum 2 years
- Excellent understating of the market
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, with other managers, staff and clients
- Tact, good judgment, creative problem solving and thinking
- Negotiation skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent command of English
