- Improve the product placement & visibility
- Enhance in-store GRPs
- Better location of the products and increase the number of points-of-interruption with consumers
- Finds ways to block space and attack key competitors
- Creates channel specific tactics to integrate marketing activities at the POS (promotions etc.)
- Develops the category, especially for Key Accounts
- Liaises between marketing & sales and effectively handles this always “charged” relationships
- Creates & develops consumer promotions:
- In-store BTL
- Trade programs (conventional & unconventional)
-University Degree (Economics, Engineering, Business). MBA welcomed but not must
- Minimum 3-4 years in similar positions
- Trade Marketing position expertise is a must
- Knowledgeable of Food impulse business especially small retail
- Computer Literacy (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Marketing & Sales expertise welcomed
- People management experience is a must
- Young dynamic character, creative
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, networking ability
- Driving license (Category B)
- Mobility to travel within and out of Romania (1-2 timer per month)
