- Lead of team of testers; manage activities against the test plan, raise flags and provide solutions to ad-hoc issues that occur
- Synchronize with Test Manager, Project Manager for meeting the activities included in the test plan
- Design acceptance testing procedures for Alvarion and third party equipment
- Specification and set-up of a proper test environment for full functional HW/SW testing
- You will provide expertise to other company departments, such as customer support, engineering, in addressing customer requirements.
- At least 2 years experience in leading a team of telecom engineers
- Excellent influencing & communication skills
- Strong problem solving and delivery skills
- Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN/WAN, IP with Sub-protocols, Network Management platforms, IP Network planning.
- Background in communication, radio system and radio planning.
- Experience with measurement equipment for computers and radio systems.
- System overview (Ability to analyze telecommunication systems)
- Fluent English.
- Availability to travel abroad.
