TEST MANAGER

RESPONSABILITATI

Coordinate all functional related testing activities from a bank‘s perspective – within and across the business test teams and with the test team of the CBS provider
Act as subject matter expert in relation to testing, being responsible for the overall testing process quality
Perform in-depth analysis on testing results and if case, propose cross functional tests to exploit structural problems;
Document the testing results and explains the outcome to the other program stream leaders; if tests fail, issue a documented advice on the amount of tests to be re-executed and adapt the strategy to fit the scope;
Ensure an appropriate testing of CBS core and VBRO enhanced functionality – in terms of test coverage and quality of testing results
Synchronize testing requirements of business subprojects with test environment management
Track and reports progress of creation in all functional testing phases (test case preparation, execution of test cases, test result reporting)
Coordinate the resolution of testing related issues (e.g. resource bottlenecks)
Ensure an appropriate recording and classification of occurred defects (e.g. show stopper, critical, non-critical) and align the resolution with all involved parties (business subprojects, CBS provider, program management)
Manage alignment and sign-off of all testing related deliverables (testing strategy, test cases, test execution plans, testing results) with all involved parties
