Territory Market Manager is responsible for representing the company and selling its products and services to assigned targets; Creates demand for products and solutions at end users in small and medium companies sector; Understands industry trends and business issues of managed sector and have the ability to provide technology and business solutions to partners and customers; Builds and maintains relationship with high-level executives and decision makers within partner\'s organization; Responsible for accurate forecasting of expected business results of assigned sector; Ensures achievement of revenue and growth targets and customer satisfaction, within prescribed operating guidelines. Reports to Regional Sales Manager. Acts very independently, with broad supervision as required. No direct supervisory responsibility, although responsible for training and coaching partner representatives and new hires.
Works closely with other sales representatives (both inside and outside the company) and with pre-sales technical support on partners and customers presentations and demonstrations.
- Proven success truck is demanded.
- Strong business acumen (University degree in business/economy/engineering)
- Knowledge & experience in the usage of \"below the line\" marketing communication:
- promo campaigns addressed to SMB segment
- SMB targeted marcom tools (massive mailings, usage of databases etc.)
- ability to adapt central marcom programs to local SMB market specifics
- strong analytical skills/numbers understanding to: plan market research, analyze their results, understand market\'s segmentation and using the appropriate marcom tools to the different market segments
- Well developed presentations skills
- Experience in process management (e.g. in managing promo campaigns)
- Experience in people management
- Readiness to travel
- Driving license
- Fluent English
- PC literacy.
