The tendering engineer prepares the technical and commercial offers for integrated network solutions including: network assessment, planning, design, installation, migration and optimization services. A special and immediate focus is made on network infrastructure deployment including but not limited to telecom infrastructure construction/rehabilitation (network construction, telecom equipment housing, radio towers, fiber optic networks)
The project engineer is responsible for the offer/tender project, ensuring the following steps:
- Correct translation of customer specific requests
- Preparing the technical proposal
- Handling the quotation of the project
- Handling the Offer Review Meeting
- Integration of the final offer document
In the offer preparation activity the project engineer should be able to develop and manage business relations with key suppliers and subcontractors to be involved in specific parts of the project
- Technical university degree, (Telecommunication and Electronics, Automations and Computers, Engineering) with proven experience in telecommunication network architectures, technologies, protocols, network infrastructure deployment (telecoms civil works services dimensioning).
- Consistent knowledge of telecommunication networks, end-to-end integrated network solutions.
- Previous experience in multiple layer telecommunication environment.
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- English – advanced. German/French is a plus.
- Good communication skills
