RESPONSABILITATI

- Achieve sales targets providing courteous and efficient information regarding products & services offered both to existing or potential customers.
- Identifies customer’s need and interest, finds and presents the optimal solution that meet his needs and requirements
- Identifies potential customer opportunity to deepen customer relationship (cross-sell).
- Applies communication and sales techniques to find, win and keep customers from the defined target group
- Proactively cross-sells products and services to customer base;
- Maintains a superior Customer Service attitude at all times and under any circumstance with the customer;
- Keeps strict confidentiality of all operations and discussions with clients
- Verifies the documents received and makes sure the application form is correctly filled, in order to have a correct and complete application file.


CERINTE

- High school diploma
- Good knowledge of English is a must, especially verbal
- Telesales experience or customer care experience would be a plus
- Enthusiastic person, always willing to help and solve customer's issues
- Problem solving and attention to details
- Fast learner
- Very good communication skills

- Customer Service orientation
