RESPONSABILITATI

Our Client, one of the largest global IT services, BPO and Product Engineering companies is currently looking for a

TELECOM TECHNICAL CONSULTANT with FRENCH that will be responsible for:

maintenance & support of the OMC settings;
main point of contact with the French end users in analyzing the production incidents and problems;
responsible of planning and implementing the fix / correction delivery date and installation in production;
responsible of the project delivery and follow-up using the customer process;
responsible of the global QoS of the application;
responsible of the correction time in the respect of SLA;.
responsible of the OMC parameter testing and production implementation (5 installations a year).


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

University degree in IT/Telecommunication field;
understanding of OMC and GSM network architecture;
experience in working under Unix environments;
scripting experience: PL/SQL, KSH;
French speaking is a must, English conversational;
customer oriented;
very good communication skills.
