Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- providing support for the Aspect ACD technologies used by TechTeam Global and all peripheral systems with which the ACD is integrated;
- providing support and technical leadership to internal customers utilizing the technologies;
- maintaining E-1 & VoIP services to include switch and ancillary equipment, all involving multiple locations in Europe;
- being responsible to coordinate outside vendors, corporate office and all level of users to fore fill telecommunications business objectives;
- being responsible for assisting in coordinating and performing TechTeam telecommunications moves, adds, and changes;
- acting as liaison between the telephone operating companies and interconnect companies in matters dealing with the TechTeam’s telecommunications needs;
- providing technical expertise to assist in networking needs when required.
- Experience in Wide Area and Local Area telephone and data networks using ACD’s, PABXs, Voice; Selfservice technologies and VoIP technologies;
- Minimum of two years experience as an Administrator with an ACD system (Aspect, Avaya, Genesys and/or Cisco Technology) preferred;
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, Gateways, routers;
- Thorough knowledge of call routing and IVR technology preferred;
- Working knowledge of applicable voice technologies preferred;
- Ability to work effectively with personnel on all levels;
-Proficiency in English language.
