- Directly or in cooperation with support providers ensures internal monitoring and administration of PBXs;
- Cooperates with GE Corporate representatives in the maintenance and support of GE Money RO external or border-line equipment and services;
- Ensures that security requirements are met in all areas of his activity;
- Provides second line support for HelpDesk and UserSupport in his area of activity;
- Actively monitors network and service availability; makes suggestions and takes action in order to improve them;
- Is mobile and available for offsite interventions and remote connectivity;
- Enforces and complies with IT policies.
- Dynamic, responsible, solution oriented, team-player with good communication skills;
- Profound understanding of networking, TCP/IP, routing and filtering, email, network topology, VPN, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP;
- Relevant experience in designing and administrating LAN/WAN and VPN CISCO-based, and also in PBX/IP-PBX phone systems administration;
- Preferably has a technical graduate degree or similar;
- Good knowledge of Linux based systems, Web technologies, Windows servers, Citrix, VoIP, BGP, DRP/BCP is certainly a plus;
- Good command of the English language is highly recommended
