- asigura service pentru echipamentele de birou comercializate de firma (copiatoare, imprimante, scanner-e);
- executa operatiuni de instalare, mentenanta, depanare si verificare preventiva a echipamentelor la sediul clientului;
- livreaza consumabile si piese de schimb;
- asigura suport tehnic si consultanta pentru echipa de vanzari, inainte si pe parcursul procesului de vanzare;
- asigura consultanta post-vanzare pentru client;
- urmareste incasarea facturilor emise catre clienti.
- cunostinte despre principiile de functionare si depanare a echipamentelor de birou-cerinta obligatorie;
- studii superioare de profil tehnic-constituie avantaj;
- cunostinte de baza retele;
- experienta in domeniu minim 1 an;
- abilitati de coordonare, planificare, organizare si comunicare;
- bune cunostinte de limba engleza si utilizare PC;
- carnet de conducere categoria B;
- domiciliu stabil in Ploiesti sau imprejurimi.
